CREED STUNTS PRODUCT SAFETY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY POLICY
Last Updated: October 10, 2026
By purchasing, installing, possessing, or using any product sold by Creed Stunts (“Creed Stunts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the purchaser and user acknowledge and agree to the following terms to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
1. AFTERMARKET PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS
Creed Stunts sells aftermarket parts, accessories, hardware, controls, and related products intended for electric bicycles, electric motorcycles, bicycles, and similar vehicles.
Aftermarket components may alter the handling, operation, performance, braking, acceleration, durability, fitment, safety characteristics, or legal classification of a vehicle.
Installation or use of an aftermarket product may also affect a vehicle manufacturer's warranty or recommendations. Creed Stunts is not responsible for determining the effect of an aftermarket product on any manufacturer's warranty.
2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
The purchaser understands that operating, modifying, repairing, performing stunts on, racing, jumping, wheeling, or otherwise using bicycles, electric bicycles, electric motorcycles, and similar vehicles involves inherent risks, including serious bodily injury, paralysis, death, property damage, collision, loss of control, component failure, and injury to third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the purchaser and user voluntarily assume all risks associated with the installation, modification, maintenance, operation, and use of products purchased from Creed Stunts.
Nothing in this Policy waives any right or liability that cannot legally be waived.
3. INSTALLATION
Unless Creed Stunts expressly states otherwise in writing, Creed Stunts does not provide professional installation services.
The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring that each product is installed correctly and safely.
Creed Stunts strongly recommends installation and inspection by a qualified bicycle, e-bike, motorcycle, or mechanical technician familiar with the applicable vehicle.
The purchaser is responsible for:
-
verifying proper fitment before installation;
-
using appropriate tools and installation procedures;
-
following applicable manufacturer torque specifications;
-
using thread-locking compounds, fasteners, spacers, washers, adapters, or other installation hardware when appropriate;
-
checking for interference with brakes, throttle systems, steering, suspension, wheels, tires, electrical systems, cables, and moving components;
-
inspecting all fasteners and components after installation and periodically thereafter; and
-
immediately discontinuing use if any component appears loose, damaged, cracked, worn, improperly fitted, or unsafe.
Improper installation may result in component failure, loss of control, serious injury, death, or property damage.
4. FITMENT AND COMPATIBILITY
Any compatibility or fitment information supplied by Creed Stunts is provided as a general reference based on information reasonably available to us.
Vehicle manufacturers can change dimensions, hardware, specifications, components, and production configurations without notice.
The purchaser is responsible for confirming compatibility with the purchaser's specific vehicle, model, model year, modifications, and configuration before installation or use.
Do not force, drill, grind, bend, cut, modify, or permanently alter a product to make it fit unless such modification is specifically intended for that product and can be performed safely.
Creed Stunts is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect fitment, unauthorized modification, improper installation, misuse, abuse, or failure to verify compatibility.
5. THROTTLES, BRAKES, CONTROLS, AND SAFETY-CRITICAL COMPONENTS
Products affecting acceleration, braking, steering, suspension, rider controls, wheels, or other safety-critical systems require particular care.
Before riding after installing any such component, the purchaser must test the vehicle at low speed in a controlled environment.
Do not operate the vehicle if a throttle sticks, a brake does not operate correctly, steering is restricted, a component interferes with another control, or any other unsafe condition exists.
The purchaser is responsible for confirming that electrical connectors, voltage, signal configuration, wiring, controller compatibility, and other electrical requirements are appropriate before connecting an electrical product.
6. STUNT, RACING, AND EXTREME USE
Creed Stunts products may be marketed toward riders in the stunt, rideout, e-moto, or bike-life communities. Such marketing does not constitute a representation that any stunt, maneuver, race, jump, wheelie, or other activity is safe.
Stunt riding, competition, racing, jumping, high-speed operation, aggressive riding, off-road riding, and similar activities can substantially increase stress on components and risk of injury.
The purchaser and rider are responsible for deciding whether they possess the appropriate skill, training, protective equipment, vehicle condition, and environment for any activity.
Always wear appropriate protective equipment.
7. LEGAL COMPLIANCE
The purchaser and user are solely responsible for determining whether a product or vehicle modification is lawful in the location where it will be installed, registered, operated, transported, or used.
Laws concerning e-bikes, electric motorcycles, throttles, power limits, speed limits, lighting, brakes, equipment, registration, insurance, licensing, helmets, passengers, and road use vary by jurisdiction.
Creed Stunts does not represent that every product is legal for public-road use in every city, county, state, or country.
Products that are lawful for private-property, competition, or off-road use may not be lawful for operation on public roads.
8. PRODUCT INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE
The purchaser must inspect products before every ride when appropriate.
Do not use a product that is damaged, loose, improperly installed, excessively worn, bent, cracked, corroded, or otherwise appears unsafe.
Hardware and components used in high-vibration or high-impact applications should be inspected regularly and retightened or replaced when necessary.
Normal wear, misuse, crashes, impacts, stunt riding, racing, improper installation, incorrect torque, modifications, neglect, corrosion, and lack of maintenance may shorten product life.
9. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
EXCEPT FOR ANY EXPRESS WARRANTY SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED BY CREED STUNTS IN WRITING AND EXCEPT FOR WARRANTIES OR CONSUMER RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED, PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION PROVIDED BY CREED STUNTS ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CREED STUNTS DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS NOT EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN WRITING, INCLUDING WARRANTIES REGARDING COMPATIBILITY, PERFORMANCE, DURABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR APPLICATION, OR RESULTS OF MODIFICATION.
THIS SECTION DOES NOT DISCLAIM OR LIMIT ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR OTHER CONSUMER RIGHT TO THE EXTENT SUCH DISCLAIMER OR LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CREED STUNTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE PURCHASE, INSTALLATION, MODIFICATION, MAINTENANCE, OR USE OF A PRODUCT, INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF RIDING TIME, DAMAGE TO OTHER COMPONENTS, OR SIMILAR ECONOMIC LOSS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREED STUNTS' AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PRODUCT OR TRANSACTION SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID TO CREED STUNTS FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
NOTHING IN THIS POLICY EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, PERSONAL INJURY, PRODUCT LIABILITY, STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY TO THE EXTENT THAT APPLICABLE LAW PROHIBITS SUCH EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION.
11. MISUSE AND UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATION
Creed Stunts is not responsible, to the maximum extent permitted by law, for loss, damage, malfunction, or injury caused by:
-
improper installation;
-
misuse or abuse;
-
crashes or impacts;
-
stunt riding or racing;
-
operation beyond the vehicle or component manufacturer's specifications;
-
unauthorized modification;
-
incorrect wiring or electrical connection;
-
failure to inspect or maintain the product;
-
use with incompatible components;
-
excessive loads;
-
installation of damaged components; or
-
continued use after signs of damage or malfunction become apparent.
12. THIRD-PARTY VEHICLE AND BRAND NAMES
References to brands such as SUPER73, Macfox, Surron, Ridstar, or other manufacturers are used solely to identify potential compatibility or application unless expressly stated otherwise.
Creed Stunts is an independent aftermarket seller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or authorized by any third-party manufacturer unless expressly stated.
All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
13. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Creed Stunts attempts to provide accurate photographs, measurements, specifications, descriptions, and compatibility information. Minor variations in appearance, finish, color, dimensions, packaging, or manufacturing may occur.

has reviewed the applicable product description and safety information;
-
understands that aftermarket vehicle modifications can involve significant risks;
-
will confirm compatibility before installation;
-
will install or have the product installed safely;
-
will comply with applicable laws and regulations;
-
will not knowingly use a damaged or improperly installed product; and
-
accepts responsibility for the purchaser's own use, maintenance, and operation of the vehicle.
15. THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the purchaser agrees to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from the purchaser's unlawful use, intentional misuse, unauthorized resale representations, unauthorized modification, or improper installation of a Creed Stunts product, including claims resulting from the purchaser's conduct toward third parties.
This provision does not require a purchaser to indemnify Creed Stunts for liability that applicable law does not permit Creed Stunts to transfer or disclaim.
16. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
Product descriptions, installation suggestions, social-media content, videos, photographs, messages, and customer-support communications are provided for general informational purposes.
They are not a substitute for professional mechanical, electrical, engineering, legal, or safety advice.
17. MINORS
Purchasers must have legal capacity to enter into a binding purchase agreement.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors who operate or use vehicles equipped with products purchased from Creed Stunts.
18. GOVERNING LAW
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these terms and any dispute relating to a purchase from Creed Stunts shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Where legally permitted, disputes shall be brought in an appropriate court located in San Diego County, California.
Nothing in this provision deprives a consumer of protections or rights that applicable law does not permit the consumer to waive.
19. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Policy is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent legally permissible or severed where appropriate, and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
20. NON-WAIVABLE RIGHTS
Nothing contained in this Policy is intended to waive, disclaim, restrict, or eliminate any right, remedy, warranty, duty, or liability that applicable federal, state, or local law does not permit to be waived, disclaimed, restricted, or eliminated.
If any provision conflicts with a mandatory consumer-protection law, the mandatory law controls.
